If your child is feeling unwell, away for a family holiday or can not attend his or her usual sessions for other reasons, we would appreciate if you could notify us either in person, by phone or via email.

A fee of £5 will be charged for every 15 minutes a parent/carer is late picking up their child at the end of a session, unless the parent/carer has notified the preschool they are running late and has a valid reason.

A parent/carer can call the setting at the beginning of the day and check if there are any spaces for that day for their child. These are called additional one off sessions and these are subject to available space. These sessions will be invoiced at the earliest opportunity. The cost for this additional one off session will be set as our normal hourly rate for a three hour session.

From April 2015 three and four year old children attending an early years education setting may be eligible to receive Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP). Providers could claim an additional payment per year for each eligible child to spend on supporting their development, learning and care.

From 13th December 2014, a new EU food regulation states that we have a legal responsibility to provide accurate allergen information that our snacks or cooking activities may contain to our parents/carers on a daily basis.

We have placed a whiteboard next to the arriving children's names. This board will display the menu for the day; and if any of the 14 allergens are in the food or drink we will be providing or using during our cooking activities.

If you would like to find more information about allergens and allergic reaction click here

If you are intending to bring a birthday cake or sweets into our preschool, we will need to know the day before if any of the allergens are in the ingredients.

Unless you provide us with this information, we will not be able to accept your child's cake or sweets.
